
This past few days, I've noticed that I've been eating mostly meat so I think it's time for me to eat more veggies again next week. I feel like I've gained weight and I don't want that to happen. I should be strict with my diet this time so I can bring back my old figure. =)
I'm on the road to getting fitter too. I feel ok with meat. I think it's the sugar and the grains that's the enemy.
ReplyDeleteThat's the problem with me 'coz I'm a rice eater. I've been trying to eat less rice but still there are days that I eat too much of it and I hate myself for that. LOL
DeleteHow I wish I can become more fit too! I've been eating a lot of carbs and sugar recently as well. I'm starting to love veggies more, but I'm still quite picky.. >.<
