I had a really good experience in renewing my driver's license in this satellite branch of LTO. It was fast and the staffs were all nice. Gone were the days where I had to fall in line to a very long queue which took me several hours before I got my new driver's license.
The location can be found easily. It is located on the 3rd level Open Parking of Robinsons Galleria Manila.
I arrived there at around 12:15 pm and I finished at 1:30 pm. I went there last Monday (June 10, 2019). It was that fast and the people there are friendly. I hope the system would remain the same when I renew my license again after 5 years.
